Josh Frielich and I went up to Barrington Stage Company in July of 2017 to do a reading of our new musical, Butterflies. The reading was produced by William Finn, directed by Graciela Daniele, and it starred Donna McKechnie. Here is photo coverage from Broadway World.

Josh Freilich and I were commissioned to write an entirely new song cycle for the University of California, Irvine’s New York Satellite Program in April of 2017. The cycle was called, “Excuse Me”, and each of the 15 songs was written for and inspired by the students we met. Here’s the Broadway World press release.

Josh Freilich and I had our 15-minute musical, "By The Breath of Southern Fire" performed by the Barrington College interns this summer (2016) at their final performance of the season!

A few of my songs that I wrote with Josh Freilich were featured in William Finn's "Ridiculously Talented..." cabaret up at Barrington Stage in June 2016. It was a pretty great night.

Composer Josh Freilich and I are one of four teams selected to write a brand new 15-minute musical for the New York Satellite Program at the University of California Irvine. We will meet our cast in the end of March, write the show, then they'll perform it in mid-April.

I was one of six terrified writers asked to do Tune In Time! at the York Theatre on March 14th, 2016! We had 20 mins to create a song based on suggestions from the audience, and never has 20 minutes gone faster than in that writer's room.
